Submitting a takedown notice

Send an email to contact@talkingpetstudio.com that includes:

• Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The exact URL of the allegedly infringing content on Talking Pet Studio.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt of your notice and remove or disable access to the reported content when appropriate.
• The uploader will be notified and given a chance to respond.
• Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Filing a counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, email contact@talkingpetstudio.com with the following information:

• Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
• The URL of the content that was removed and a description of the material.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or San Francisco, CA if outside the US) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
