Using Talking Pet Studio responsibly

Eligibility and account security

• You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local laws) to use the studio.
• Keep your Supabase-issued login credentials secret. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@talkingpetstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Talking Pet Studio to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or harm others. Examples of prohibited behavior include:

• Uploading media you do not have rights to use or that violates someone else’s privacy.
• Generating or sharing content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise violates our Content Policy.
• Attempting to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer our services, or bypass usage limits.

Ownership and licenses

• You retain ownership of the media you upload and the videos you create.
• By uploading media you grant Talking Pet Studio a limited license to host, process, and display the content solely to operate and improve the service, including community gallery showcases you opt into.
• We retain ownership of the software, interfaces, and brand assets that power the experience.

Plans, payments, and cancellations

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Plan changes take effect immediately and any proration follows the rules of our billing provider.
• You may cancel at any time in account settings. Access to premium features continues through the end of the paid term.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or we specify otherwise.

Community participation

Community features, including galleries and feedback channels, are moderated under the Community Guidelines and Content Policy. We may remove content or restrict access when violations occur. Repeat or severe violations can result in account suspension.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, Talking Pet Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• If a dispute arises, your sole remedy is to stop using the service or, if paid, request cancellation before the next renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in San Francisco County, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will notify you through the app or email before material updates take effect. Continued use of Talking Pet Studio after notice means you accept the new terms.
